Garry has thirty years of commercial real estate experience in the Calgary market.  Garry is responsible for the overall business strategy for Palliser and works directly with building owners to maximize the opportunities for their real estate portfolio.  Prior to forming Palliser, Garry developed more than 300,000 square feet of industrial properties with a Calgary based real estate developer.

Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Palliser Realty & Management Corp. being licenced since the 1980's in both British Columbia and now Alberta. Jeff's real estate licence designations include commercial, property management, residential and rural. Jeff is the designated Broker at Palliser Realty & Management Corp and the leasing specialist for Palliser's extensive portfolio of Calgary area properties. Eric joined Palliser Realty in the spring of 2019 after six years working in the landscaping and irrigation industry. Acclimatizing himself to the constant demands of property management, Eric is responsible for Palliser’s building upgrades and tenant improvement projects in addition to coordinating regular building maintenance. An avid sports fan, Eric enjoys hockey and snowboarding during the winter and golfing in Calgary’s brief summer.  Eric has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University.
